The average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, but for some countries (particularly those in South America and Africa), this can take up to 6 weeks due to numerous couriers being used in the delivery process.
Customs delays at the point of import in the destination nations can also cause your package to be delivered late. Contact your local post office with your tracking number if your tracking information indicates that the shipment has arrived in your nation but has not yet been delivered. They will be able to give you the most recent information about your shipment.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You may receive a confirmation call too depending on the country you will live it. You will also receive a tracking link in your email to track the shipment status of your order.
Normally, we keep a strong track of our products to keep everything in stock. Still, if for some reasons, the product you have ordered is out stock, we will notify you through email. You can also choose to wait till the product gets back in stock.
