Shipping & Return

It normally takes one working day to process your order. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, after which your order will be dispatched. The shipping time varies depending on your location. For some countries, the shipping time is 2 to 5 days while for others, it can extend upto 15 to 20 days.

All orders are shipped through Leopards and DHL. The tracking link is provided to you on the order confirmation email, so you can keep a track on the shipping process of your order.

While we maintain the highest level of product quality to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would accept the exchange and return under following conditions:

• Product is in its original condition without any damage.
• Product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Customer is liable to bear the shipping costs of the package returned.
• It will take 5 to 7 days to process the return and exchange.
